When did you join Treatwell?
I joined Treatwell in March 2022 — just over a year now!

What role did you join Treatwell as?
I joined as an Onboarding Manager, overseeing an exceptional team of eight trainers dedicated to equipping our newly signed partnerships with comprehensive knowledge about the product they will be utilising on a daily basis.

What were you doing before you joined Treatwell?
Prior to my tenure at Treatwell, I spent eight years at Apple, where I had the privilege of leading B2B teams engaged in the sales of Apple devices and management systems. Throughout this experience, my primary focus was on empowering our business customers to effortlessly deploy and manage Apple devices, while also providing them with the most suitable technological solutions for their specific needs.

Tell us about your career journey at Treatwell
Following my leadership role in the Onboarding team at Treatwell, I transitioned into the position of Head of Partner Success, overseeing four key teams: Onboarding, Account Management, Retention and Individual Contributors. Collaborating with our exceptional Country Manager, Rober — our collective objective has been to obsess over the partner experience, ensuring their journey is both seamless and fulfilling.

What do you love most about your job?
Working with exceptionally talented individuals has been a privilege for me. I have had the opportunity to continuously learn and develop alongside these remarkable colleagues. From senior leadership to the dedicated teams on the ground, every day I am inspired and empowered by the knowledge and expertise of the talented individuals around me.

How has Treatwell supported you in your career journey?
Since leaving Apple, my strong desire was to remain involved in the B2B sector, particularly in an organisation where I could actively contribute to strategic decision-making and drive impactful change. I am incredibly fortunate to have found Treatwell, as it not only fulfills these aspirations but also provides me with the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional leadership team on a daily basis. The culture of continuous learning and personal growth has persisted throughout my time at Treatwell and I really couldn’t of wished for any more!

What does the future hold for you at Treatwell?
For me, over the next 12 months my full focus is ensuring we continue to obsess over the partners experience and support the growth of our amazing teams. By prioritising these two critical aspects, I aim to drive continuous improvement and achieve remarkable outcomes for both our partners and our talented workforce.
