When did you join Treatwell?
I joined Treatwell in 2020 after the merger with Uala. Time flies!
What role did you join Treatwell as?
I started my journey as a Sales Business Developer with the ambition to change the beauty industry for good.
What were you doing before you joined Treatwell?
Before Treatwell, I was working as a partnership manager for a french web media in France, Belgium, Dubaï, Abu Dhabi, managing 800 photographers.
Tell us about your career journey at Treatwell
I started as a Sales Business Developer with an amazing team, trying to understand and analyse the needs of our partners, showing them how to handle their businesses with a practical management system software. After a couple of years I was promoted to Sales Team Leader. This experience allowed me to improve my sales, teaching and operational management skills at the same time as building a strong team in one of our most important and competitive regions in France :”île de France”.
I’ve participated in the writing of many sales pitches and shared some of the best practices which was one of the most fulfilling moments I had in my career at Treatwell so far.
For the last couple of months, I’ve switched to the aftersales team as Head Of Account Management (onboarding). This new challenge is very much exciting and challenging, and i’m hoping to learn more and more in order to build the perfect bridge between sales and aftersales.
What do you love most about your job?
The challenge is constant and motivating! I keep learning and being inspired every single day by everyone at Treatwell, and this is something new to me because I’ve never experienced something like that before.
How has Treatwell supported you in your career journey?
Just like Drake, I’ve started from the bottom in this company and now I’m here. The title is not important but the evolution regarding the mission, challenges, and responsibilities attached to it is what gives me the sense of fulfilment that i’m looking for.
What does the future hold for you at Treatwell?
I’m going to keep pushing like my managing director always says, and make sure to do my very best each day for our partners, for our amazing and talented co-workers, and for this company in general.
