Trenton Thunder Baseball

On Opening Night, June 7, the fans got to see history in the bottom of the first inning. During that inning, Thunder bat dog Dash, retrieved his first bat on the field.

Some people were expecting a repeat of Rookie’s first night when he ran past home plate into the outfield. Dash went out, picked up the bat and just took a long way back by bringing the bat into the far end of the Thunder dugout.
