Should You Invest In Cryptocurrencies?

It’s June 2018. The articles in your news feed aren’t going away. “Bitcoin is a worthless scam!” “One Bitcoin could be worth a million dollars in three years!” “Will the Bitcoin bubble burst?” “The hottest new ICO — is this the Bitcoin-killer?!”

Maybe you had a friend who was telling you about the “money of the internet” a couple years ago. He said it was the future. You asked what you could use it for and he didn’t have any (legal) answers. You didn’t buy any.

But maybe he was right. You keep seeing this articles telling you how much $100 in 2014 would be worth today, if invested and held.

You didn’t buy in 2017. Maybe all the “bubble” talk scared you off. Perhaps you felt vindicated in the first half of 2018, when most of the news clips you watched focused on the “billions of dollars lost” in the crypto space, rather than 2017’s “insane gains.”

But what now? Was that the burst of the bubble? What’s next?

Maybe it’s time to start learning about cryptocurrencies. Is it time to finally invest?
