Hoskins has had an incredible start to his Major League career. He hit 11 home runs in his first 18 games, the fastest anyone has reached 11 HR by 5 games.

Last night, Hoskins was attempting to hit a HR in 6 consecutive games, a feat no Philly has done in 135 years old, but fell short.

He ONLY had the game winning hit in the 6th inning to put the Phillies up for good against the Braves and ultimately went 2–4 with two runs and the game winning RBI.

Rhys Hoskins hit his 11th HR in 17 less at-bats than any player in MLB history

While the Phillies continue to be the MLB’s worst team, they now have a bright spot in their lineup with Hoskins who will look to continue his blazing fast pace of hitting home runs.
