Good points.

Oh, I completely agree with that and I definitely don’t feel that open urinals are appropriate for unisex bathrooms. They should be like porty pottys with a toilet an urinal in each stall. This wouldn’t be an over-night change and there should be a grace period for changes to be made if this is to happen.

There should be no reason for anyone, especially children, to see any form of genitalia or other inappropriate body parts. The rest of us men who aren’t complete perverted scum definitely don’t want to be openly displaying in front of girls or women by any means.

If this were to happen, there would need to be patience to find problems and solutions while taking serious concerns (such as yours) from any side of the issue, so we can make public restrooms the safest and most private public places as possible.

I doubt anywhere that is public could we ever feel as comfortable as we do in the privacy of our own homes, but we at least need the level of privacy no less than that in which the dressing rooms of a clothing store can give us. It’s good to think of all the potential issues like you are providing, so we can constructively face these legitimate issues then try to find solutions.

That way we can weigh the severity of any unsolvable problems to make sure we don’t create a far more dangerous and an overtly corruptive environment with unisex restrooms. I haven’t seen this to be the case so far, so I don’t have any major dispute against it other than the initial discomfort of change, but we’re all humans we know everyone goes to the bathroom plus most of us don’t have any issue being around the opposite sex in other public places.

I am sure integration was uncomfortable for those who held no racial hatred (obviously blacks too) as it had been the first time the two groups shared the same facilities that each had been accustom to being separate from each other. Anything that doesn’t cause any major harm to others or is truly isn’t unjust/inhumane is something I can compromise with if it really makes a positive impact on certain communities.

If it ever does prove to be harmful to many others in other certain communities then I will absolutely not support it and speak out against it. It’s better to learn from mistakes and improve than to just accept suffering of others in my opinion.
