Someone is considered “bowing their heads and asking forgivness” because they become annoyed by someone who is degrading other human beings by making unfounded generalizations in which they wished that they could have used their right to freedom of speech and challenge that woman’s fallacious logic in the defense against the degradation of innocent humans?
Why would anyone have an objection to someone wanting to exhibit selfless morals and genuine compassion. To actually stand up for those whom their own defense against this woman’s hatred would be comprehensively muted and mean nothing to her. Most likely, the situation would be manipulated by many as to make those defending themselves out to be the typical “angry racist foreigners harass an elderly woman alone in a restaurant”
That woman has probably been challenged by another white person rare occurrences if ever at all, so the waitress most likely would leave a more significant dent in that women’s confidence. A confidence to think it’s acceptable without an repercussion to feel superior enough of others that she feels ok with publicly degrading a couple billion people.
I see this false and manipulative logic in which defending a person of color it’s simply viewed as being “tricked into guilt” as if that is the only way a white person can feel compassion for someone of color. Then
on top of the fact that people need to get over the “past” which to those they aren’t carrying a name that represents the people who took away the known history of your ancestry while keeping other ancestors as their sub-human property forcing them to assimilate to European culture while wiping away any trace of their own just so they could buy more or better materialistic items.
It’s quite easy to say it’s the past when almost everything we are surrounded by is a reminder of the European culture being embedded into people of colors psyche as the only acceptable culture. The standard of what makes you a “respectable” and accepted American or one those “actual niggers” that are hated “unAmerican” scum.
Seeing people pointing out that many people of color are just lazy whiners that aren’t owed anything (even if they just want to be respected enough to actually be heard with a credible voice).
They even go further on about protecting their heritage from white “genocide” (but it’s no longer important to care about anyone else’s ancestry has been virtually destroyed because their heritage matters more). They say how they are victims of racism and of course their voices are ones of credibility, so they feel their opinions matter more than the voices of the people they claim are oppressing them because they want their voices perceived to matter just as much as a white’s voice (like I once heard, “When actual equality happens in society it makes the oppressors feel that they are being oppressed.”
I have thought tirelessly about that phrase while reflecting, analyzing, relating, and understanding it as in-depth as I could. It’s really powerful quote especially when someone hasn’t a clue what that means or how that could ever be possible.
I mean, Black History Month comes about and growing up I was influenced to believe that Black History Month was oppressive to whites. This is because white culture is seen as the normal perception of how all societies should be and you can forget that our white culture with all our perceptions or ideals is American History.
Quite difficult to see this at first as it’s so engrained into our conscious that one month for Americans to become aware of black history that’s goes beyond MLK, Rosa Parks, and Harriet Tubman (which are usually the only three black historic figures that we might be have an in-depth look during our lower education).
It’s suppose to be a time to learn about the more unheard names of black Americans who made great contributions to our country whether in science, innovation, ideas, philosophies, or any other positive influence that blacks contributed.
We know hundreds of white Americans names as well as a basic understanding, at the least, of who they were and how they were important to American society. The most positively viewed black Americans in history are ones who were simply oppressed people tired of dealing with a society that is unable to see anything wrong with their views and treatment of blacks.
All the black inventors, scientist, free-thinking philosophers in American history are rarely praised or even acknowledged. The kind of people that can truly balance the skills of racial inequality in many ways that would make non-European based cultures become integrated important parts of American culture which will cause this false feeling of being pushed out or ignored, for many white Americans.
They will feel like they are oppressed because they are being forced to change “American” culture and their way of life which will be forever forgotten even though theres thousands of libraries across the world with millions of textbooks that will allow their culture to be throughly detailed and easily able to access.
They will feel so oppressed by simply not having their culture be the focal point of society that which drives other cultures to assimilate to be successful, respected, influential and accepted in American society.
Here’s how ridiculous this can get, we spend a good majority of 11 months out of the year celebrating and being taught the history of white Americans and white cultures accomplishments and spending one month to do the same for black Americans is considered oppressing whites and pampering blacks too much.
The fact that there is one, of say 35 or so basic cable channels, that creates programming that is actually made with black perspectives and relatable programing that is more in common with the black cultural. That to is unfair to whites as we only have an oppressing 27-29 of those channels that are heavily written or created with the white perspective!
Thinking back on a lot things it’s crazy how unknowingly program ourselves to have this view of entitlement to our culture and way of life that we can find it acceptable to expect every person from another race and culture tomake a choice of being as white as possible or you can just have an existence that does not matter at all because anything else is oppressing American culture and heritage.
Guess this all makes me a crybaby racist trying to guilt trip white Americans into feeling like I am a victim.
Even though I am no damn victim nor would any apology mean jack shit to me especially if someone thinks it what for the fact slavery existed multiple generations ago. All I could ask for is to actually digest the words I write and with the basic respect and credibility you expect to be held to.
Also, to understand that there’s nothing wrong with white culture nor is it a bad thing to enjoy, but to expect everyone to make it their culture if they want to make it far in America without being some sports/entertainment star that can be respected as an equal (not a “thug” or any other human devaluing terms) enough is not a nation of freedom for every American then.
