I think it’s just important to not beat yourself up if you miss something in your routine. That’s where the flexibility comes in.

Ideally for me I wake up. Shower. Read Daily Stoic. Create my phone background for the day (The image I put on each of my posts). Get some food. Read a Medium Article & comment on something. Read Tribe of Mentors. Get ready for my day. Then get to work.

Rarely does that series of events actually happen. Life is a work in progress. Do your best to hit the important notes and just keep focusing on the next important thing if you miss anything.

BTW, I love the way you’re consuming my content. It’s super humbling and motivating so thanks for enjoying it!
