This is incredible timing. I just did a reflection of how journaling has helped me and I unknowingly followed this process to the letter. Can’t believe how spot on it all is. What’s especially important is understanding you have so much control over your emotions and thoughts once you start listening to yourself. That’s all journaling really is, listening to your thoughts and understanding them. Understanding yourself. It’s just so amazingly powerful once you know what you can do.
