Literally did this up until a week ago. Except I still didn’t buy it — I started the 30-day trial instead. But I’m SO glad. If you’re thinking of Scrivener, the trial is awesome because it’s for 30 days of use, NOT counting days on which you don’t use it. So, for days I’m not motivated enough to write or revise, I’m at least not wasting the trial :)
