This story isn’t clickbait, it’s real. Maybe the author is not the best at conveying his message, maybe he got a couple of facts about the origins or vegetable oils, but the underlying message is correct. I am disappointed in the commenters tearing apart a well-meaning message with squabble. Those who are seeking to improve their health look to the comments of this article as a peer review to validate the message and wow have the comments screwed that up horribly. I don’t pretend to be a doctor or know anything substantial about biology, nutrition and the like. However, back in March of 2019 I read a book by Dr. David Perlmutter called Grain Brain and it changed my life. Two physicals later (plus additional free tests recommend by Peralmutter) and I am the healthiest I have ever been. I previously was 40lbs heavier had chronic headaches, sinusitis, IBS, heartburn, would get sick every 1-2 months, and a myriad of other health issues that have all vanished and continue to stay away.
I am sure those of you who are in disbelief or are offended and will attack my comment as well. You’re only suppressing knowledge and information that could change some someone’s life for the better. I know what’s worked, the author is on the right track even if some small insignificant details may be off.
If you’re serious about your health get the book Grain Brain by Dr. David Perlmutter. I have no affiliation with him, I was simply a reader who tried what he said and saw my health change.
