This is one of the worst posts I’ve read in a while. Between the click-bait photos for shock value and the disingenuous information connecting your affliction to streaming, I’m admittedly astonished.

Every ailment of yours that you assert to be aggravated through streaming would definitely be the case in any simple desk-job environment. What I find to be most concerning is your assertion that leaving your desk to do simple bodily functions will jeopardize your attempt making a streaming career. The limits of having to urinate and defecate are not exclusive to you, but to anyone in any industry. Other people who have to work longer hours than you who do have thyroid issues or any other metabolic-limiting factors have to find other ways to reduce their intake of calories and cholesterol outside their jobs as well. Furthermore, streaming on Twitch gives one an outlet to operate their channel in the way they see fit, which gives more freedom than conventional jobs. If one were to think that their viewerbase should lose interest by doing a few sit-ups in between matches, or diety-forbid having to relieve one’s self after an intermission in a game, I’d be worried more about the viewerbase one is trying to muster.
