Way of Life kicks ass. I used it to track my 2016 as well monitoring exercise (any kind during the day), drinking (I let under two drinks slide), meditating (errr day), and did I get to sleep before midnight. I need to run the full year numbers, but I’d venture to say my drinking tapered off over the course of the year and I got WAY better at getting to bed before midnight.
