What do you hope that our audience will take away from the event?
I want this event to be inspiring and constructive.
The event is framed around the successes and accomplishments of the amazing women who will be joining us. It features leaders and strong individual contributors who have done diversity & inclusion work by simply showing up and succeeding — but who also actively address those issues in the work itself.
We won’t shy away from topics that are taboo for women to discuss: ambition and equity.
Second, we won’t shy away from topics that are taboo for women to discuss: ambition and equity. There will be an opportunity to hear about how our panelists have pursued their careers, negotiated pay and position, made changes, and pushed to be the best. We’ll also dig into career changes, family, and relationships, and the experience of negotiating equity in those spaces. We’ll focus on what was learned and how to drive change.
Join us for a panel discussion framed around the successes and accomplishments of the amazing women who’ll be joining us. Topics we’ll discuss include promotions and sponsorship, pay, family, and taking leave.
Our panellists come from a variety of backgrounds and have paved the way for their own successful careers, which we hope will inspire yours.
