Jason, I’m curious as to how you work this set of benefits (which are very generous in US terms, and even more broadly) in countries that have a different set of minimum employment standards?

As an example, for your Australia-based staff — I think there are a few — as a foreign corporation carrying on business in Australia, your staff working in Australia are subject to the National Employment Standards. Some of those standards are more generous than your base offering, and others differ in other ways.

It’d be interesting to understand how you deal with this kind of complexity without falling foul of the law in jurisdictions other than the US?
