Start your own Youtube Channel or Podcast Channel. I know a guy who started a Youtube Channel ‘Fitness for Nerds’. Just crazy but very successful.

Stop eating bread, pasta and red meat. Replace it with fish, oatmeal, vegetables and fruit.
Stop sitting for 8 hours straight at your desk while working. Kick a ball, start a snails race competition with your colleagues, go for a walk, do early morning fitness with your colleagues at work, stop talking about work while having lunch.
Get away from the TV. Make a fire outside, read a book or invite friends to make some music.
Remind yourself of a smell you are in love with. Take a snif each day for at least 10 minutes. If the fragrance is not around, make it yourself (search Youtube for the recipe).
When you explain your kids some important lessons on personal hygiene, use only four letter words.
Tell a bedtime story to your kids in which they are the main characters. First ask them what they did that day. And then fantasize.
Clap your hands when you are excited. And keep at it as long as you can.

Only tell great stories. ‘The cat sat on the mat’ is not a great story. ‘The cat sat on the mat of the dog’ is a great story. (John le Carré)
When you are at a party, tell about yourself when people are asking. Better be interesting when doing that. And stay humble and sincere.
Just shut up and listen, for once!
Try to discover your species. Then you become a member of an awesome team.
Ignore everybody, only listen to the right ones.
Each day is the beginning of your retirement, better handle each day like this. At least when you consider retirement is a good thing.

When you encounter somebody who is able to blow the trumpet with his lips, persevere in copying it until you become a professional in it.
Standing in front of the mirror each morning, imagine how your day will be when you act on the answer to this question; ‘How do I want other people to experience me today?’
Take a different route to work. For seven days in a row.
Reverse your morning routine. Pack your bags, brush your teeth, eat your breakfast, put your clothes on, take them off again, take a shower and get back to bed. It’s your day off.
If some problem can’t be solved, it’s because you are sticking to the rules. Make your own rules.
If you nearly won, try to win again, if you nearly won once more, try to win again, if you nearly won once more, try to win again. If you….
Reward yourself with a guilty pleasure each time you overcome some bad habit even if it’s only for one day.
