Postive Thinking, What’s Wrong About It

I did a 7 day positive mindset challenge a while ago.
I wrote about positive thinking a number of times.
From different angles.
It, positive thinking, is a part of my 5 P model, a model to get to being an expert in a specific field.
I also gave you top of the world techniques for visualization, meditation, affirmations, increasing your gratitude and a lot more.
And I tried a lot of them myself.
Most of them are very effective.
You have to do them consistently to get to a higher level of conscious living. A happy, satisfied and successful life.
So, that seems fine, you think.
Some of you have actually tried them and I know a lot of my clients loved them.
Most of these techniques, tips and methods I found through extensive research day by day for 414 days in a row are the best out there. At least that’s what I think.
I still believe they are the best because the expert who developed them are all genuine and sincere human being serving others, they are most of the time well known, most of the time best selling authors and they have many grateful clients. Their clients have great results by using it, transforming their lives.
Since I discovered the Three Principles I know that we already think positive.
We also think neutral and negative.
Our thoughts come and go.
We are designed like this. It is fact of life. It’s the truth. Like being born, paying taxes and dying are facts.
Like gravity is a fact.
Like we being made out of the same atoms is a fact.
Like no single one of us is anything like someone else. Being unique one by one.
Like having ups and downs in life is the truth.
Like the fact that if you give love and attention to something consistently, it will grow better.
Sure, when we practice our positive thinking it grows.
Small side effect; it costs a lot of effort. Not to all of those who are wired with more positive thoughts than others. That’s only 2% of the world population as you probably know.
So, for the majority it is hard work. And the bad thing about it, when you stop practicing you often fall back in some old not desired state of mind.
I say, stop the hard work and understand the facts.
Even when you experience you think negative a lot. Just be aware of you thinking negative and experience it like just a thought.
Thoughts come and go, don’t disturb them.
Be aware however of the thoughts you are having while experiencing something.
By being present you might find some extra truth in them, an extra truth that amazes you, that touches and rattles your bones, that blows you off your feet.
You know what this is. It’s called insights. Your consciousness makes it possible to experience them.
You don’t have to do a damn thing to get them.
It’s in the insights in which the positivity lies.
Wishing you lots of insights, I say, love all, play to the max, achieve anything. Be Awesome.
