Reaching A Milestone

Milestones are awesome.
You must have a lot of them.
But first determine your dot on the horizon.
The dot that is the finish line of realizing your big dreams and desires.
One thing to remember is you will never be complacent and smuggy.
That’s what I have to remind myself to as well.
4 Days ago I stopped smoking, better, I chose to live an even more healthy and vibrant life.
Rehab
A girl-friend of mine is in the US right now, enjoying 7 days of Anthony Robbins’ wisdom and transformation.
Together we designed and produced a new website. I had to borrow some knowledge of here by email in the meantime.
I said I was in rehab. She replied, I am as well. You must know she suffered from an eating disorder. She hammered it down some years ago.
She teaches others how to do so as well. Really powerful babe.
Still, she is in rehab….
Well, I am as well.
Just choose
6 days ago I listened and watched this guy, Rich Roll (see the image above). He crushed his alcoholism. Became a vegetarian, started exercising, now he is the fittest mans on earth.
There is no big mistery about his transformation. He just chose in the moment. And stuck to it.
One day he couldn’t get to the second floor without being exhausted. That hit him in the face.
He was interviewed by Jonathan Fields after his recovery and being the fittest man in the world. He said there is a important moment while being in rehab. The 3 to 4 days moment.
I reached that milestone, 4 days in a row without smoking.
For Rich it meant the hardest was over. I don’t know yet, but I will embrace the psychological effect of knowing this.
I just chose as well and combined it with adjusting my food pattern. Drinking more water, eating more fruit, eating more vegetables.
I even selected food that make the craving for nicotine go away. Yes, these foods exist.
Reaching this milestone made me realize I have even more energy than I thought I had. I exercised 4 times the past 4 days. I get up earlier, go to bed late. I produce far more stuff. And I hope I will serve you with that even more than the past 254 days.
What do you think about reaching your important milestones?
Is there one up ahead?
Does it mean you’ve finished the challenge?
Need some advise or guidance?
I love to serve you.
We can travel together.
Let me be your fellow traveller.
Love, play to the max, achieve anything. Be Awesome!
