Yes! I completely agree with being even more productive when working from home. No more endless meetings and calls and ‘quick chats’. Best of all, is no commute to and from a workplace, saving at least 2 hours a day for more sleep or a longer workout session and so on.
I also do the fasting though I will only skip brekky. I have found it works a lot better for me when only eating from noon to 7pm on average.
The only thing I don’t think I can bring myself to do is to cancel Netflix…
