Yep, all people that are at similar level are in same cluster.

My philosophy for this arrangement was that they will be facing same problems and working through them together. Adding a mentor might make the process faster but learning process overall slows down as there are lesser walls to hit and train yourself for. I expect people to work like a team and share resources that are at same level so nothing looks alien / too advanced to them. Happens to my friends sometimes when I put forth an advanced algorithm that might solve their problem but then they will be too dependent on me / algorithm for the answers to other questions too as they didn’t fully understand it.

By far as in visualization most clusters spread through 2-3 levels so slightly higher level members can still help the ones that are behind them on common problems. Only exception was complete beginner zone i.e. low coding hours and html level on FCC. But I found it had most number of members i.e. 58 members. So I am hoping more members will increase growth.

After 2 months when cohorts refresh, and new survey data comes, I’d like to try morphing some values to mix people up in some cohorts, that would be a nice social experiment.
