Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST)

It is a UNESCO world heritage site which was construct in 1887 in the memory of the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria and that’s why it was called as Victoria Terminus. The luxuriant historic structure of Mumbai is totally built in Victorian-Gothic architecture and style. This building is crowded with thousands of people and about 1000 trains every day because it works as a headquarters of Mumbai Railways which is well adjacent by rail track with most of the cities in India which also include the lifeline of Mumbai that is local trains. This grand building with the tower, steeple, domes and stained glasses have extraordinary intricate designs.

Gateway of India

The imperial monument Gateway of India was constructed in the 20th century to remember the get together of Queen Mary and King George V to Mumbai. It is a 26 m high with four towers and adorns with delicate latticework which is sculpted into yellow volcanic rock stone. Boats leave from here to Elephanta caves which is also a famous tourist attraction.

Marine Drives

It is famous as the Queen’s Necklace because in the night, street lights across the sea in a C-shaped, make an illusion of the necklace appear from the height. A bay along the Arabian sea is 3.5 km long street with six lanes road. You can walk here at any time by relishing your good time with your friends or family member. Chowpatty

The famous Girgaum Chowpatty is one of the favourite beaches in Mumbai which is popular for the Chaat (Indian Snacks) and Ice cream stalls. It is situated on the north of Marine drive. This beach is a famous picnic spot and hangout place for the people of Mumbai. You can also find toy vendors, various fairs like merry-go-rounds for kids, balloon sellers and artists and balloon sellers. You can visit this beach during the Ganesha festival where you can observe the spirits of people towards God. People immerse big idols of Lord Ganesha in the water with lots of dance and music.

Haji Ali

The Haji Ali Dargah is constructed by Muslim saint Pir Haji Ali Shah Bukhari. It is situated on an island in the Arabian Sea which is connected with a long road to the shore of Worli. It is a mosque which includes the tomb of the Pir Haji Ali Shah Bukhari. This structure has marble pillars, white domes, minarets, it is a notable pilgrimage place visited by people of all religions.

Bandra

Bandra is a classy and stylish locality in the West Mumbai and residence of so many popular celebrities of cricket, Bollywood and political also. The Catholic worship place, the Mount Mary church is constructed in 1640 by the Portuguese.
