IOS iPhone and iPad Scrolling Issue SOLVED

Description of the Issue:

When I scroll on my app, the scroll seems to be “sticking”. Simply Scrolling down the page seems to make screen freeze in place and pull my application up and supplement the app scroll area with empty space where the new scroll content should appear. See below.

Why is this happening to me?

This usually happens when the user is trying to scroll when their finger touches an html element inside.

<body>
<input />
<input />
<input />
<input />
</body>

For instance lets say you have a body with many inputs inside. If you try scrolling by starting to touch the input element, then the browser will identify that as you trying to scroll the input element which will not scroll.

How to fix it:

Simply add the following code to the wrapper scrolling element or the body.

body {
overflow: scroll;
-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch;
}

This will allow you to scroll as if those inputs were not there; however, you can still utilize them by touching them to focus.
