How to Become a Morning Person
Todd Brison

I have read a number of good articles like this one about early risers. I usually manage to get up by 4:30 AM during the week or earlier when I have to fly out to one of our offices in Europe. And I try to keep it that way even when being overseas and jet-laggy. However, in the weekends I charge my batteries a bit more and enjoy the kids acting a as my alarm clock.

As far as productivity is concerned, being up early and having some silent moments helps me in planning the day and working through the first batch of emails before most people starts their day.

I wouldn’t say it is easy to become a morning person but it worth the effort in my view.
