Daniel, thank you for the thoughtful question. And, absolutely — I didn’t list detaching from technology specifically as I see that as a practice of mindfulness. But I agree that it definitely helps to improve imagination. I always feel much more lucid and in-tune with my own thoughts when I’m not attached to my phone or watching endless media. It’s all about balance, of course.
