As a minimalist individual, I value simplicity and functionality in my everyday items. My ideal wallet design reflects this mindset, aiming for a compact and small size while incorporating practical features. Inspired by my dream wallet — the Saint Laurent CASSANDRE MATELASSÉ Envelope Wallet, my custom bi-fold wallet design balances style and convenience.
The wallet I drew features a long slot dedicated to holding cash. This design choice ensures that my wallet remains slim and sleek. Additionally, the multiple card and ID slots provide ample space to store my essential cards, such as credit cards, debit cards, identification, and any other cards I frequently use.
Now, let's take a look at my partner's ideal wallet! 👀

The Interview
I sat down with Danielle to learn more about her ideal wallet. She shared her vision with a sense the perfect wallet — a blend of functionality and sentimentality.
Danielle’s dream wallet consists of a sleek and compact design, one that fits perfectly into her handbag without adding unnecessary bulk. The wallet she drew features multiple small pockets on the inside, which allows her to neatly organize her essential items. From ATM cards to IDs, each pocket finds its purpose in her life. Among all the practical elements in Danielle’s design, what truly sets her wallet apart is the inclusion of a special space for a photo. She emphasized that she cherishes memories and always wants to carry a piece of her heart with her wherever she goes.
Digging Deeper and Finding Out More of the IDEAL
In our modern world, wallets have become more than just a utilitarian item to carry around cards and cash. They are now a canvas for personal expression and sentimentality. Danielle’s ideal wallet, with its thoughtful design and special space for a photo, exemplifies the perfect blend of practicality and emotional connection. It reminds us that even in the smallest details of our daily lives, we can find ways to carry our most cherished memories with us.
What is the problem?
During our conversation, a significant issue emerged: Danielle seems to prioritize her human relationships and invest considerable effort and attention into nurturing them, while sometimes neglecting the importance of building assets for her future. While valuing and cherishing connections with others is undoubtedly vital for a fulfilling life, it’s equally essential to strike a balance and consider the long-term benefits of accumulating assets.
