I’ve been meaning to read this for a while and I’m kind of shocked at the lack of response. Maybe it’s just me and my love of writing…and my back, but this strikes me as a major problem. And I just recently saw an ergo therapist (is that a word? it is in French) who suggested sort of a yoga cushion that you can set atop a chair. For active sitting — it helps with posture AND concentration. Thanks too for the head’s up about the Yoga Ball! And the suggestion that standing is NOT good for your heart. I had no idea.
