Because of your mention of quarter-to-quarter capitalism, I find it worth highlighting that this approach may (for some context) be actually cheaper than training otherwise. If an organization needs to (normally) pay a person’s salary and the cost of training, my (proposed) alternative would eliminate the monetary cost of training. Training is done in exchange for economic outcomes within the company where training is happening.
