For its price it’s good enough :) Of course the viewing angles are not like with IPS panels but enough for playing games. I probably tweaked RPIs display settings as now the photo is about as big it can get. In the video it’s not filling the full space.

I agree it would’ve been better to get a bit bigger display but then the width would’ve been a bigger problem.

Ended up just stuffing the display without any additional plastics as the LCD panel in a sense has it’s own. One thing I could’ve done is making the plastic hole flat to make the fitting more tight, because the old CRT monitors were not flat, but in practice it doesn’t matter that much.
