Goals for November
I read my post when I set some goals for October and now I want to say that I almost reached them.
So, I did set two goals:
- To improve my mounting skills
- To not to be ordinary man
To be honest, second one was two general, but, nevertheless, I was quite successful in reaching it. I took part in a few events, for instance, Halloween quest and Diplomatic meeting with the representatives of the Czech Republic, when we discussed the problem of Slavic unity and asked some questions ( I even was able to ask it too). Actually, in my school I’ve never been as active person as I am now, and I like that I’m becoming more and more confident.
As for the first goal, it was clearly stated and it was absolutely successful for me. I mounted my first video, it was correspondential report for LinTime. Of course, that was pretty hard for a first time, but I’ve gone through all those difficulties and done it. Fortunately, I had person who helped me on the whole process of the videomaking, I’m not sure that I would make it possible without her peaces of advice.

Also, I would like to set some goals for November.
- I want to work hard on my pronunciation and to make it as native as possible. My teacher already gave me some personal advice and recommended one education channel, where I can learn how to pronounce different sounds. I hope it’s going to be my starting point to better pronunciation.
- I want to read one of those books, which my favourite lecturer Sergey Vasilyevich Ustinkin reccomended to us. By the way, yeah, I have to tell you about this spectacular person in one of my future posts. He deserves a separate post.
- I want to finally decide the theme of my coursework and to begin preparing it, at least a little bit.
As somebody once said: “ If you aim at nothing you’ll hit it every time”. It means that you have to at least aim at something. So…
