Users can convert their SEEDS back into $PAPPLE through a vesting process ranging from 15 days to a maximum of 6 months. Opting for the minimum vesting period incurs a 50% malus, which will burn the forfeited SEEDS/PAPPLE automatically, while selecting a six-month vesting period allows for a 100% conversion rate, with the malus percentage decreasing proportionally for longer vesting periods.

In contrast, SEEDS serve as an illiquid token, inherently non-transferable except for specific “Whitelisted addresses” which are used to facilitate its internal circulation within the ecosystem.

The supply of SEEDS directly correlates with the amount of PAPPLE “frozen” in the system, marking a fundamental difference in their circulation and usage.

The Dynamics of Farms

TropicalSwap’s Farms are meticulously designed to significantly encourage liquidity provisioning through liquidity mining rewards.

These rewards are either disbursed entirely in SEEDS or as a combination of SEEDS and $PAPPLE, depending on the farm’s specific “SEEDS/PAPPLE” ratio.

For instance, in a farm with a 90/10 SEEDS/PAPPLE ratio, participants will harvest 90% of their rewards in SEEDS and 10% in $PAPPLE.

This ratio is subject to adjustments based on evolving market conditions and strategic needs, with a default setting to distribute rewards 100% in SEEDS.

Additionally, the emission rates of the farms and their respective multipliers will be subjected to changes to adapt to market demands and ensure the platform’s responsiveness and resilience.

Diving into Pools

In TropicalSwap’s ecosystem, Pools are categorized into NFT Pools and Tropical Pools, each offering unique staking opportunities.

NFT Pools provide a platform where users can stake their NFTs to earn rewards in SEEDS or other tokens.
