I agree about working from and with reality. I will continue to repeat it.
I do not believe this is an isolation of the USA and can apply throughout the World of leadership small, medium and large scale. Even though some value systems differ the basics remain the same in truth and are interactive throughout the World. It is ancient codes we still live by and with.
There is a common thread as people are people and have real needs. We are products of our environment and it is the self-serving in leadership without the understanding of the difference between want and need we need to bring to light in our societies.
The waste of intelligence and human capitol in the world as to value has held different standards of success and importance. Many decisions have been made in a temporary moment in crisis and leading to crisis this is an inability to change or adapt while in motion.
The past was based off of destruction as the highest value. I would disagree with this concept. Again as the local level up deals with the reality to hold systems in place and together that affect our everyday lives and in the doing what it takes to survive. Not what we think it takes. It is what it is. We are working with what we have.
We have learned from the past that just because we can does not mean we should.
We are being situational, aware and understand the unique challenges as individual personalized programming is what of the past, present and towards the future works and will survive. One size does not fit all. This is an interactive world and beyond. Interdependence is in the design of the planet and all life.
We need to move away from the worst case scenario not towards it. Redirecting our technology, research and interactions is working with engaging populations and through educating and learning communities and being better informed and our interactions with a local level up not isolation from it. This is changing the decision making to be applied.
No longer looking to the leadership that places itself above the people or the environment that all life everywhere depends upon in this symbiotic relationship is happening. Locally we have transparency, open source and open access with hands on to check our factual data sharing and can apply it being situational. The past has been done and we are dealing with the affects today.
As we are in different stages of development and understanding we can use a broader average in our standards to work from. This leads to little highs and lows and a better stability in the markets of real products and services. The collapse will only occur to the extremes and unreasonable expectations of the illusion. This is perhaps where we stabilize filling the needs not creating the needs and the backlash that has been seen to over production and in the mass production continually reproducing the mistakes.
We will find more than one way built off of these rational standards as this is a multiuse approach and takes many into the considerations to be able to adapt not control outcomes.
Breaking the cycle of isolation in our rational thought process and reasoning can be a great benefit. We are all working off of the CPRR platform.
We also are working and sharing in real time the solutions to help clean, neutralize, and illuminate the toxins that have reached intolerable proportions in our natural environment devastating to most all life on and in this planet.
Serious needs can no longer be ignored as a priority to fulfill human arrogance and ego.
The reasoning behind open source, open access, is to give access in a way to not admit to what may be seen as weakness in some cultures. In reality this human aspect will be treated as respect. Removing obstructions for use as applications are creating barriers to real time events of response.
The multidiscipline approach provided a better understanding of the basics in use and now is being applied in plain language and more detail.
Transparency is used in the process to assess and make step by step changes. The basic methods are still being used to work from as this is what works.
We have a lot of work left to do. Using the nonprofit model to start made a more practical base for solutions with the limited resources and made for more accurate data and real statistics in application of use. We have made corrections in these values.
Freedom of voice and expression is still present.
