Mitch Goldfarb

This morning I started to recreate an old pattern of awakening as the first words I uttered from my mouth were good morning. This was the start of my mornings in the past and even though now I awake alone in my bed I believe it is a good place to start with an open mind to what the rest of my day may hold. I may have to start my day over at any point and time to keep me on this path.

Thank you for your words Mitch as they fit the inspiration of the words I uttered to myself and the energy we are sending out to the world.
