A dividend is a share of a company’s profits distributed to shareholders, paid like a bonus to investors. Dividends are a way shareholders participate and share in the growth of the company, above and beyond the appreciation of the share’s price. It’s also good to note that not all companies on the stock market pay dividends, so we have decided to highlight some of the companies who do.
