I would imagine not. And neither do I. Bottom line is driving IS a privilege not a guaranteed constitutional right. Priveleges can and are allowed to be regulated where as Rights….ehhh not so much. You state that guns are designed for one purpose. To kill. Mostly true, but you have forgotten about their most important use vis a vi the 2nd amendment. Defense of your life, liberty, and your property. I have never heard a story of a man defending his home or family with an automobile.
