We have stormy weather and thunderstorm in Helsinki now. The week starts with a rainy and cloudy day. Today I suppose to see the super full moon, but I guess I skip it. The sky is cloudy and I am lazy to go out at late night.
Time flies so fast, it is August here. Soon I will start the final year of my Master’s degree. I still have no idea what to do with my thesis, what topic, or what project I should work on. But nothing stops me to enjoy my life. I feel more relaxed, and happier these days. I found myself eating well and sleeping well, enjoying doing little things to help me find joy.
This morning I decided to make Vietnamese steamed rice rolls with Vietnamese sausage (which I bought from the shop). It took me a couple of hours to get things done. Preparing the mushrooms, chopping the onions, stir-frying the minced meat, make the steamed rice rolls. I made those rolls on a pan instead of the traditional way. But hey, it tastes good in the end.
Big Bear also helped me make the fish sauce, preparing the vegetables. We have late lunch and early dinner, but there are some rice rolls left over. I gotta finish it tomorrow. Yummy!
