I really like that you actually went to a soup kitchen and volunteered for your observation. It definitely helped you get a better idea of what needs work. When I went to MyBurger to observe, it was a good experience since I really could see everything that was going on, but it’s hard to know how the cooks actually feel since I’m not in there flipping burgers and doing the cleaning.
I wish you could’ve gone into more detail with your interviews. I feel like you had a lot of good information especially since you chose some good people to interview.
What if instead of developing a product to clean around grooves and corners, we somehow developed a preventative product that would end the need to even clean grooves and corners? I’m thinking of maybe some sort of new grouting or whatever is used in corners that is more non stick and very hydrophobic. Just something to consider.
