Some foods and fluids that we consume provides protection for our teeth. So they help battle bacteria and the results will reduce dental issues. Our smiles should honor them for sure. Most of the foods and liquids that does awesome things for our teeth are very tasty.

Kale, Okra, and Other Green Vegetables

Kale is a wonderful vegetable that you can eat to do good stuff to your teeth. It does have a nice amount of the calcium, the potassium, the magnesium, fiber, protein, iron, iron, and vitamins & it goes well with lean meat and bread. Kale can give your tooth enamel more of the solid foundation.

The okra is a nice option also because it have the vitamins, fiber, calcium, & folates. It can be chopped up & eaten in the slices or as the full pod. You can place some in a bowl with your favorite cheese to have another go-to snack.

The okra does a lot of surprising things and it have the vitamin K within it.
Include some asparagus and broccoli into some meals too because they are just as good for your teeth.

Bake Some Fish Like Salmon

Bake some fish to get the pure taste of it. Salmon has the vitamin D and it assists the body regarding taking in calcium. You can put some salmon on some foil then bake it for 1 hour. Red peppers are good for the teeth too so you can chop some up on the fish and enjoy.

Red pepper contains potassium, fiber, beta-carotene, folates, vitamin C. & vitamin A. Trout, mackerel, eel, & tuna are some of the other fish that does wonders to the teeth.

Consume Some Cheese and Smile

Cheese can take the mouth’s pH level to higher levels so it provides some of the best protection. It have quite a lot of calcium in it and saliva flows more when it’s devoured which get rid of some of the; unwanted mess that is left behind.

Cheese can be consumed right out of the package or with some other food.
Cheese comes in a variety of flavors so get to the store and purchase some.

Cooked Meat and Carrots Plus Celery

The vitamin B12 is within the meat that is red. When you cook it, make sure that it is well-done and drain as much of the fat grease that you can. You can even cut off lots of fat before you cook it to have your lean version of it. Cut it up into bite-sized pieces or cut slices off for iron-filled sandwiches.

You can chop some carrots & celery up to put on those sandwiches. Carrots battle hardcore for the mouth and carrots have numerous options for power. They have the iron, fiber, potassium, copper, and beta-carotene. Carrots even have the vitamins and folate that helps out tremendously.

Celery have plenty of the vitamin C and it provides thorough assistance too. It contains cellulose to help keep teeth very clean. Celery also makes sure to get saliva going right.

Some Fluids That Are So Good for Teeth

Water is good for the teeth also so try to drink a lot of it. It does remove lots of bacteria and food that is hidden. It also help keep the mouth salivated & takes strength from various acids that constantly try to conquer.

The teeth does receive the phosphate, fluoride, and calcium treatments from that moisture (saliva).

Milk is delicious & it goes to work for the teeth too. It is filled with the calcium and that rewards the teeth and jaw bones so intensely. Milk’s defense displays toughness against bacteria and acids often.

Kale, okra, asparagus, and broccoli have the calcium that does the teeth well. Bake fish like salmon to get the pure taste of it plus the vitamin D. Place some red peppers on it & make a healthy salad to go with the fish dish. The cheese elevates the mouth’s pH levels plus it is packed with calcium.

The meat of the red kind have vitamin B12 plus iron within it. Carrots have fiber, iron, potassium, copper, and beta-carotene. Carrots have vitamins and folate to give the teeth protection. Celery have the cellulose to help keep the teeth clean, it have vitamin C, and it gets the saliva flowing nicely.

Water also brings about saliva to help eliminate the bacteria and food that’s left in the mouth. Saliva takes power from the acids to weaken them. Water does cleaning too. Milk have lots of calcium to do excellent work for teeth & the jaw bones. These food and beverage choices are great for the teeth.
