We don’t have any plans to commercialize it yet.
As for the title, I disagree. Yes, the system is for archiving research and spreading insights yet its value is democratizing UX. Anyone at WeWork can now create, curate, and consume research in a way that allows them to truly prioritize work base on human needs. Here (and in general) I think that communicating value rather than features is the better way to go.
