Wish I could say “kill their ego with love” (ie., don’t respond in any negative way) or something like that which I know is good advice but somehow falls over in a lot of business situations. But I guess keeping your mind on the long game and looking at a specific email as a tiny thing — or even an example of *their* issues, not yours. But that’s so hard to do!

Even though I agree women have it rough in this regard, women and men both need to react the same way (with love), ultimately, for the benefit of their own health.
