[ANN] Schedule for TTC’s Main ICO

Dear supporters:

We would like to thank you once again for the support we received for the Pre-ICO which ended on March 15, 2018. Although it was a short period, more than 1,000 people from 121 countries participated and we felt strong interest and potential for TTC.

On the other hand, despite having prepared for the Pre-ICO and working with the Pre-ICO for a short period of time, we found areas of inconvenience and areas that needed improvement necessary to make the MAIN ICO more successful.

As a result,

1. Main ICO schedule has changed.

• Initial Plan : March 26, 2018 — April 26, 2018
• Changed Plan : April 18, 2018 20:00(UTC+8) — May 18, 2018 20:00 (UTC+8)

We felt that in promoting our domestic and overseas marketing and public relations operations, the delayed schedule will be a time to let even more people know about us. We will also have more time to communicate our long-term vision and opportunities for the project, and to develop further by providing advice accordingly.

2. Main ICO’s quantity has changed.

• Initial Plan : 125,000,000 TTC
• Changed Plan : 100,000,000 TTC

We are engaged in strategic partnerships and investments with leading international players, and in the process, we have more participation from trusted institutional investors. The institutional investors were given more opportunities to apply a lock-up policy to create a more long-term contribution to the project.

3. The main ICO has a personal cap

• Pre-sale : 0.1 ETH — 20 ETH
• Main-Sale : 0.1 ETH — 50 ETH

Many contributors from the Pre-ICO have given their opinions regarding the individual cap. We have determined to increase our institutional investment to provide longer term stability and have decided to raise the cap to reflect your views (the Pre-ICO and Main ICO cap will be considered to be separate).
