Case Study of Noida Double Murder Case
Introduction
On May 16, 2008 , soon to be fourteen Aarushi Talwar was found dead in her own bedroom of her house.
Both her parents Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar were professional practicing dentists. They found Aarushi lifeless with a slit throat and covered with a pool of blood.
Bharti Mandal, the house helper of Talwar , was the first to eye witnessed Arushi's body along with Aarushi's parents.
Bharti informed the neighbors and the police were informed too.
As soon as the police arrived at the crime scene, they began their investigation . They asked the neighbors, check CCTV footage and statements of the Talwar couple too.
Forensic team scanned the house for fingerprints and other investigations.
There were too many people in Talwar house already which contaminated the crime scenes.
The body was sent for post-mortem and police took the statement of every person needed.
Aarushi's father informed the police that Hemraj, their house helper, was also missing and he was fully assured that he killed Aarushi.
Police first prime suspect was Hemraj and they started searching for him.
