Chipotle Meets Engineering

I know you all enjoy your weekly Chipotle and things are only going to get better. Students at Virginia Tech have teamed up with Chipotle and Google parent company Alphabet to test a drone delivery system. A major positive to this new delivery service is that you need less man power for your delivery team and also is a cool, exotic way to help sell your product. On the flip side, you now have to worry about your burrito becoming soggy or cold while in the air causing the store to have to deal with different weather circumstances.

I am curious to see if this new method will pop up on campuses all across America and to see if other companies other than Chipotle will sign up for this new technology. The automated flight system incorporated in this design is a great way to keep the paths of these drones the same and to not have to have someone man the aircraft.
