Decentralized finance has taken over the crypto industry since it first came to fruition in the summer of 2020. We have seen different ecosystems pop up across all types of blockchains.

Voltage Finance found its home on the Fuse Blockchain. Due to the EVM compatibility, scalable nature, and low fees, all of the following made it the ideal infrastructure for Voltage Finance to build on.

Some of the distinguishing features of Voltage Finance include their generous APR’s for yield farming LP tokens, multi-chain ETH-BSC-FUSE bridge, and their new stable coin fUSD.

How to access Voltage Finance:

1. In order to connect your wallet to Voltage Finance you will first need to add the RPC for the Fuse Network.

You can also do this by withdrawing $FUSE from a centralized exchange to your wallet, such as MEXC.

Features of Voltage Finance:

Voltage Finance provides a variety of opportunities for DeFi enthusiasts to yield interest on their assets. Voltage Finance has a fully functioning decentralized exchange where users can swap various tokens. To support this, participants provide liquidity on the platform and will receive LP tokens in response. One can then farm these LP’s and receive yield on the platform. As you can see below, relative to competitors quite generous APR’s are offered.

Users can also mint the native stable coin to Voltage Finance, fUSD. fUSD is fully audited and pegged to a combination of BUSD-USDT-USDC stable coins.

Additionally, holders may stake the native platform token, $VOLT, where they will receive a portion of the trading fees generated from swap transactions on the decentralized exchange. It is currently paying ~5% APY.

As of March 2nd, 2023 8:48 EST $VOLT is trading at $0.0001905 with a current market capitalization of $270,500.

The $VOLT ATH was reached in August, 2022 where the project reached a market capitalization of $595,000.

Voltage: TVL and Stats — DefiLlama

As of March 2nd, 2023 8:48 EST, Voltage Finance has a Total Value Locked of $1.226 M. There is $1.23 M in TVL throughout the whole chain, so one can see why Voltage Finance is characterized as the leading protocol on Fuse Network.

With Voltage Finance encapsulating nearly all of the dominance on Fuse Network, it will be interesting to see how adoption grows as EVM chains continue to be a main choice amongst users. It should also be mentioned that Voltage Finance has plans to migrate over to multiple chains in the future which would be a catalyst for additional growth. The mobile app is just around the corner, and I look forward to seeing how Fuse Network responds as the community continues to grow at Voltage Finance.
