Compensation

A worker should be compensated based on the production of there work. I think If CEOs get compensated for having a good quarter then so should workers even if it’s not nearly as much. This is part of the reason we have super rich CEOs because when the company starts making more money no one is rewarded beside the CEO. This also can in turn lower productivity or at least halt it. If an employee knows that if they have more production they will be compensated better they would have more motivation to perform at a higher rate but knowing no matter the amount of production they have they get the same compensation this would make them want to do enough work as to not get fired.
