Completely agree with you. When meaningful things start happening you don’t have time to indulge in your bad habits anymore. I always wondered that how much I tried cold turkey to stop my gaming addiction (strategy games are extremely destructive, IMO) I could never succeed. Finally I got to the point that though I feel the same triggers now and then, there is always something better to do. That alone keeps me going. Thanks so much for the wonderful piece.
