My Dad the Engineer
My dad is the smartest man I know. He works as an engineer for a medical company overseeing many of the processes. My dad is a handyman, fixing and replacing anything around the house that broke. My dad is a teacher, constantly correcting my mistakes in math, or directing to the proper understanding in physics. My dad is a father, taking me to sports events, or out to play a round of golf. He pushed me to be the best me while making sure my path would make me happy and successful. My dad is a leader, and he led me to engineering.
Although I write this blog as a requirement for my class, I think it will be a good opportunity to review my life, my choices, and my major. Reflection is a valuable part of growth and learning. You cannot know where you truly stand, if you do not know where you came from. I hope this blog will allow me to properly evaluate my life, and the many aspects of engineering that will effect me, to guide me further into my career, and ultimately make me happy and successful.
