I ran across this article on anxiety and magnesium deficiency awhile back. I started taking this that I found on Amazon. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. In my case, I find it does take the edge off. You have to get a specific kind though. The magnesium oxide crap they sell at most stores is garbage. It mainly just goes through you and doesn’t get absorbed.
I found it after my doctor had me try antidepressants for anxiety (what the actual fuck, BTW. I know they’re approved for that use, but damn), and I decided I’d rather be anxious than spend my life in a numb fog.
