Can you cite this proclamation? I see nothing of the sort. Your statement here seems to be some pretty blatantly dishonesty.

I’m simply stating that the distribution of preferences and abilities of men and women differ in part due to biological causes and that these differences may explain why we don’t see equal representation of women in tech and leadership.

Differ “in part”, “may explain”. Not only is there no such proclamation of nature only (much less it being a primary component), he actually doubly qualifies his claim of nature’s involvement at all.
