i think its risky for health. you sleep for hours its slowest times for the body. then you wake up and body tries its limits or hard work at least. but slow movememts will be good. maybe yoga or walking etc. you should make a search for people who dies after morming sport. last year mustafa koç who one of the richest man in turkiye, dies while running although his privite doctor with him.
