Strong communication skill is always on the top of every job description. This skill refers to your ability in context bound and face to face communication. We use this skill in everyday interaction, the biggest reason why employers require candidates with good communication skills. Employers look for candidate who can convey their message quickly and effectively. In addition, candidate must be able to explain the same to diverse audience.

If you feel you are weak on communication skills, start accumulating books on your book self. Read as much as possible. Read articles and content to get use to the terms and phrases. This method is effective for written communication skills. For verbal, you must join some group, which encourages public speaking. Try speaking in front of a mirror, to get use to your mannerism. Even if it is wrong just say it with confidence and later you can admit your mistake with humility. 5. Attitude
